(By Telegraph.—Press AssociaMo-n.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. Sir .'Rider (Haggard and Messrs W. Lorimer and '." T. Garlick, imembers of the Royal "Ti - ade Commission, are visiting New Plymouth, and had a • busy relay to-da.y. The weather was unfavourable in the -morning, when visits -.were paid to "the oil fields at Moturoa, the 'Tananaki Dairy Com-pan\-'s freezing works, the ironsand deposits, and the harbour. In the afternoon perfect weather prevailed, and the -oil 'bore and dairy factory at Bell Block wer? visited, as well as Mr Newborn King's well-known stud farm and other farm>s. The day was .concluded with a visit- to -some of the l>eauty spots, a.nd in the evening the Commission sat and took evidence on f, K- oilfields, harbour, ironsand, and dairy industry..
