DUE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OK NEW COUNTRIES. (Received March 12, 9.30 a.m..) LONDON, March 11. Sir Algernon Freeman Firth, President of tlio Association of Chambers of. Commerce in tho United Kingdom, presiding at a meeting of the Association in London, attributed the universal increase of trade in 1&12 to the development of new countries. ft had been proved that there was room for all, and endless opportunities for enterprise remained. It was resolved to urge Mr Buxton, President of the Board 'o>Trade, to publish information of trade with countries contiguous to the Panama Carnal.
