WHOLESALE VICTIMISATION. STORMY MEETING AT NOTTINGHAM. (Received this Morning 12.20 o'clock) LONDON, March 12. Tl>e Suffragettes victimised a large number of the public and professio-ial men throughout the country, by sending a leaflet envelope containing a halfpenny, for which the post office placed a surtax on the recipient of sixpence, for an • unregistered letter containing a coin. / ■ There were uproarious scenes nt Miss Kenney's meeting at Nottingham. /Firework detonators were discharged, banners were destroyed, and windows smashed.
