CONVENTION AT NELSON. {By Telegraph.—Tress Association.) NELSON, Tuesday. Mrs Sadler addressed 1 the •W.C.T.U. Convention to-day on the Bible-in-Sehools question, and it was resolved that the convention calls upon the Government to give the women equal rights with the men in regard to the guardianship of the children, especially with regard to religious instruction, ft was also resolved that a protest he lodged against the retention of the lotalisator, and that the Government be urged to take a referendum as to its abolition.
