ENTERTAINING 'J'trllC OFFICERS. The Secretary of the Wellington branch of the Navy League on Tuesday telegraphed to the? Prime Ministen- at Oliristeliuri'li: "Navy League desirous co-operating Government, in entertaining officers, men, New Zealand, Goulid you -receive deputation, of would you. kindly.authorise another Minister to act for you as to arrangements ?" Mi' Massey replied: "I shall be glad ii' you will, on behalf of the- Navy League, see the Hon, Mr B-sll in regard to co-operating with the Government in suitably entertaining the officers and men of H.M.S. New Zealand."
