Nominations for all handicap events must be made "bn ■Monday, March 3rd, 1913, on N&W Zealand Athletic forms, giving past ..two' yeans' .performances. If no per'lormaiices during past two yent's, the last four performances, if any, to be. stated. All protests must be lodged with the secretary in writing within ten minutes after the event, accompanied with a fee of ss, to be for-. feited if the protest be found friv.olous. Any competitor leaving his mark before the pistol is fired will be put back one yard for each offence. Tile Committee reserve the right to re-handicap any Competitor, and also to alter or postpone the programme in the event of bad weather. Three competitors or no race, five or no second prize.
