FROZEN TO DEATH. SIXTY-FIVE TURKISH SOLDIERS (Received Last Night,'ll.lo o'clock.) ( CONSTANTINOPLE, March 6. A hundred Turks on the Chataldja outposts were frozen, sixty-five fatally. Many -underwent amputation of their limbs.
