TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (Bv Telegraph. —Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening wired as follows:
.Northerly and westerly winds have prevailed, and , increased generally. Gales are reported this afternoon at Cape Campbell and Nugget Point. A high temperature has been recorded to-day, with hazy and fair to cloudy weather generally; hut rain has fallen in the south. Present indications are for strong northerly winds generally, with a falling barometer, and change is probable shortly, for a disturbance is apparently developing to the riortliwestward of the Dominion. In the meantime, increasing humidity and cloudiness .may be expected.
