Queen Milena sent a, large quantity. GRAND V.IZ-BR INTERVIEWED. THE POWERS' GOOD OFFICES. (Received Last Nitrht. 11.15 o'clock.) CONSTANTINOPLE March 5. The Grand Vizer. in an interview, snid the Powers were merely exorcising their pood offices. They were aware of Turkey's proposals. and w»rp now makina iuouiries from the Allies. He added +bnt Turkey would refu.-e to give an indemnity.
