All events will be conducted and decided under tlie Rules of the New Zealand Athletic Union, and- compe- ( titois attention is specially drawn to Rule 15 of the Constitution and Id of the Regulations, i.e., that every competitor must he registered and entry fee paid before competing, otherwise he is liable to disqualification and will not receive any prize money, he may win. Nominations for all handicap events must be made on Monday, March 3rd, 1913, on New Zealand Athletic forms, giving past two years' .performances.
