MASTERTON GOLF CLUB.
ANNUAL MEETING. The annual general meeting of tho Masterton Golf Club wa.s held hist night, there being a good attendance ■of .members. The annual report and balancesheet were read and adopted. The report showed that the Club bad had a very successful year, both hnaneially and socially. The following officers were elected for the ensuing season: President, Mill. G. Williams (re-elected); vicepresidents, Mesasrs H. 11. Beetliam tind A. B. Lawrence; captain, Mr Y. 'Donald; committee, Messrs A. R. Sclanders, T). Caselberg, M. Foley, W. H. Robieson., H: H. Pavitt, A. D. Gillies, C. Perry; secretary. Mr H. H. Donald; treasurer, Mr N. James; ladies' captain, Mrs N. Beetliam; ladies' committee, Mrs Spain and Misses J. and E. Robieson; ladies' secretary, Mrs Henry. The opening day was fixed for Saturday, 15th inst. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the office-bearers for the past season.
