ITALIAN BISHOP'S PASTORAL LETTER. (Received Feibruarv 27, 9 ii.ni.) ROME," February 26. Monsigiior Bonomelli, Bishop of Cremona, in a pastoral letter, denies the infallibility of the Church authorities in political questions, and suggests the Church should enter into relations with all Governments. The pastoral regrets the 'conflict between Church and State of Italty.
