TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. (Bv Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. C. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued t-he following Milcl and hazy weather has been experienced, with much cloudiness in the south, for a westerly area of iow pressure, which passed on Wednesday evening, and the barometer ha-s risen in the south to-day. Present indications are for misty and cloudy weather, with light morning showers, but clearing later in mast parts of the country, with variable winds, bul moderate to strong westerlies predominating. Th'e barometer has .a si igh t•l.v rising tendency, but is very unsteady at present, especially about East Cape.
