In'banco*, in the Supreme Court today, Mr Justice Sim heard an application to appoint a receiver in connection with the business of L-. Ca.selberg and Co, The application, in the form, of an originating summons, was in ado by the Bank of New South Wales, Ltd. The plaintiffs, claiming to bo the holders of a mortgage debenture dated October 10th, 1911, made by Ca?olborg and Co., Ltd. (on which .t">00 was now due) asked that a receiver be appointed, that the stock-in-trade of the defendant company be banded to him, and that accounts betaken. ' His Honor minde an order, appointing George Lambert to bo ro-Veive-r and manager- in terms of the anplication.
