RECEIPTS FOR P*LAND PARCELS On and after Ist January, 1913, return receipts for inland parcels may be obtained' by senders from the addressees on payment of One Penny. When posting a parcel for which a return receipt ia desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained! at any post office. The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the ceipt, which will them be returned to sender through the post. No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a retttrar-reoeipt paid for by sender when posting e parcel. Parcels: Prom January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to 3d for the first pound and a lfd for each succeeding pound.
