FIG IJTIXG CONTINUES. ARSENAL HELD BY BEBELS. ' (Received Last Night, 10.10 o'clock.) MEXICO CITY. February 12. The rebels continue to hold the arsenal. Their heavy artillery has been moved to a position, in order to shell the President's Palace. Tliere have been numerous disaffection s from President Madero's colours. The fighting continues, and foreigners are sheltering in the. American Embassy. The. Maderoists attacked the arsenal, but were- repulsed after a sharp engagement. Bullets arc flying everywhere.
