HAMILTON SESSIONS. I {By Telcyraph.—Press Association.) HAMILTON,' Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day Arthur Winter Ludgreen, on several ■charges of theft, was sentenced to 12 | months on each', the charges to be concurrent, jtml reformative'treatment for three years. A native, for theft of money*, was acquitted. In divorce, decrees nisi were granted in the cases of Flora Smith v. Kennedy Smith, for desertion, and Thomas Frewin v. Minnie Frewin. PALMERSTOX SITTINGS. (By Telegraph. — Press Association.) PALMERSTOX N., Last Night, At the Supremo Court to-day John Horrocks Whellan. of Levin, was acquitted on a charge, of shooting with intent, at a man, w'hom ho found in his wife's bedroom. Hamoru Roweti. charged with attempting to shoot his wife near Dannevirko, was found guilty of common assault, and admitted to probation. Albert Henry Light, piano agent, was charged with fraudulently failing to account for ,€IS to the person for 'whom he sold a piano. He wa.p convicted ;uid admitted to probation for twelve months, and. ordered to pay the. £lB and ten guineas costs.
