When posting a parcel for which a return receipt is desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained) at any post office. The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the re> ceipt, which will then be returned to the sender through the post. No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a retum-reoeipt paid for by sender when posting e parcel. Parcels: From January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to 3d for the first pound and a IJd for each succeeding pound.
