QUESTION OF SETTLEMENT. (Received Last -Mght, 0.25 o'clock.) SYDNEY, February 10. The conference of-Newcastle eoaiowners and the Miners' Federation.reassembled to-day to discuss the quostion as to whether a joint committee, or some similar tribunal, should "heformed to deal witli mining disputes. The owners announced that they are not prepared to proceed to business till they know what tho Government intends to do. The conlercnce adjourned till Wednesday.
