OFFICER REINSTATED
(•Received Last Night, 0.30 o'clock.) AIELBOURNE, February fi. As the result of the report presented by Justice Hodges, the Royal Commissioner, who investigated the allegations made in the Federal House of Parliament, against Air Henry Chinn, an engineer employed on tho Transcontinental Railway, the Government has decided to reinstate Air Chinn'immediately, and pay h'im back pay since his suspension, and the cevts entailed in the case.
