No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a return-receipt paid for by sender when posting e parcel. Parcels: From January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel [Rates will be reduced to 3d for the first pound and a ljd' for each succeeding pound.
