Tho following applied to transfer, and it was resolved that the transfers be approved subject to compliance \vitih usual conditions: Mrs S. Rose to H. Davidson, «ection 30, block 5, Mount Cerberus; J. Anden-on to B. Kerr, sublen.se of section 33, block 8, Makuri; H. Maika, and To Ka.hu Maika (Mr Gawith) to Mrs M. A. Read, section 273, block 8, Wa.inuioru (subject £o the statement of land held by transferee and her husband being satisfactory). Other applications to transfer were dealt with as under: If. J. F. Henderson to FT. Gregory, section 56, Pahiatua West V.S. This was an application for rehearing of the transfer, and it was resolved to adhere to the former resolution not to grant the transfer. H. O. Bunny to H. J. and L. O. Olsen, section 3, bbrK 3, Rewa, Langdale Settlement. Mr Gawitli appeared ill' support of the application, and it was resolved to approve of it provided! a statement as to the position of th" transferee is filed and found' in order. C. E. Wildbore to H. Hansen. Yearly tenancy of sections >)5 and ; j9. Nireaha V.S. The proposed transferee asked for a lease for a longer term. —Tlk's was improved. With regard to the application of H. Burling, junr., to transfer section G, block 3, Puketoi, to 1). Thomas, tiie selector having given notice of his intention to purchase the fee-sim-ple of the lands, the Board decided,to take no further, action. The Public Trustee as administrator in the estate of Wnv. Matheson (deceased) applied to transfer lot 4, section 1, block 14, Mangahao, to J. E. Wade, and it was decided to approve of the application under the circumstances. Mrs E. A. Pilbrow and F. E. Tilyard applied to transfer 'section 1-3 and 25, block 9, Huangarua, to E. A. Pilbrow, and A. Pilbrow.—'This was approved, Mrs E. A. Pilbrow and K• E. Tilvard applied to transfer sections 16 and 29, block 9, Huangarua, to R. Gavier; also section 30, block 5, Huangarua, to same person. Ibis was also aop roved. MISCELLANEOUS. The Eketalmna Council Council forwarded proposals for expenditure of accrued thirds amounting to 19s, and it was resolved to approve subject to investigation by the ranger. As H. H. Wardell's lease .of resumed small, grazing run -53, blocks .13 and 14, ruary 28th, 1913, it was resolved to grant him a temporary permit to occupy from that date for* -a -period of twelve months at a rent at the rate of £2 18s 2d per month A re-survey of the .•south-western boundary of section 47, block 12, Mt. Oerbems, having been made defining a better fencing line,, and the. licensee T. J. Whitta having, applied for an alteration iii the boundary conforming to the new survey, it was resolved that the license be -called in ami amended accordingly: ! With regard to the tenure upon wliich the Messrs -Olseii Bros, be allowed to select part of section 5, block 3, Puketoi, as a homestead site, it was resolved to give them .the option of\an o.r.p. license or a cash purchase.
