When posting a parcel for which a return receipt ia desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtainedl at any post office. The Qird will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the re> ceipt, which will then- be returned to, the sender "through the post. No claims "for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a return-receipt paid for by sender when posting e parcel. Parcels: From January Ist, 1913, the Intend Parcel Rates, will be reduced to 3d for the first pound and a ljd for each succeeding pound.
