THE HEALTH ACT.
A NUMBER OF PROTESTS. (Received Last Night, 8.20 o'clock.) LONDON, January 30. The owners of proprietary medicines and foods have formed a deputation to Sir N. J. Moore, Westralian Agent-General in London', respecting the Health Act. They asserted that closure of the formulae of patent medicines were not modified, trado with Western Australia would ceaso entirely.' , ... 'l'lie Wine and Spirit is also protesting respecting the addition allowed to wine. They suggested that the State should follow Canada's example and allow the entry of wines which would meet legal requirements in places where they are produced. Whisky distillers have also formed a deputation to Sir N. J. Moore.
