The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the receipt, which will then be returned to the sender through the post. No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will be entertained unless a return-receipt paid for by sender when posting e parcel.' Parcels: From January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to 3d for the first pound and a l-*d for each succeeding pound.
