FAILURE OF SIX-POWER GROUP. (Received Last Ninlit, .10.35 o'clock.) PEKING, January '2l. The six-power group has informed China that it is unable to iurnwh advances at present, owing to the financial stringency in Europe. The Minister of Finance has replied that funds are necessary early, and if the six-power group is iinable to supply them. China will be compelled to consider other offers.
