COLLIERY TROUBLE
A HOPEFUL AUGURY. (Received Last Nipdit, 10.35 o'clock.) SYDNEY. January 16. A meeting of the Northern Colliery proprietors agreed; to Mr Carmichael's suggestion to place before him their views on the points of difference between them and the Colliery Employees' Federation. This decision is regarded as a hopeful augury fo the settlement of the trouble.
