FIREMEiN AGAIN IN EVIDENCE

(By -Telegraph-.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Tlie firemen, trimmers and-greasers of the Union Company's steamer Mapourika signed-off this morning, having given twenty-Four hours' notice of their intention to do so. The vessel at present carries two trimmers, three firemen, and three greasers, and tho men demand that six firemen and three greasers he carried. The Union Company say tliat a new crow will be signed on and the vessel sail as usual to-morrow for Nelson, and West Coast.
