Servian military advices state that six thousand Albanians who are assembled at Albassan. have proclaimed war against Servia. The Albanians are gathering from all sides to oppose the Servians. The Albanian populace is enduring shocking privations. In, consequence of the devastation of tiheir country during the Servian inarch, starvation reigns at Prizrend.:
