THE DOCTOR'S PANEL

LONDON, January 11
It is officially announced that panels of doctors under the Insurance Act have been formed in every county and borough in Croat Britain. They will comprise, upwards of 15,000 doctors. One hundred thou hand colliers in Scotland are arranging for a free choice of doctors on the payment of twopence per week, which Avill include drugs. Owing to the Avithdrawal of the doctors from the Derbyshire panel 10,000 were affected. The clubs thereupon inaugurated a Medlical Aid Association, and are asking permission to choose local doctors. In some places where the panel lias been observed, the doctors have consented to attend the insured until the scheme is arranged. In manv districts provisional arrangements have been made for three .months.
