Weights for all races on first day of meeting will he declared an Saturday, Sth February, 1913. Acceptances for all races on first day of meeting, and entrance for Maiden and Scurry close with the Secretary at Woodville at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 13th February, 1913. Weights for all races on second day of meeting will be declared, about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evenin ' of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Fiat Races.—The winner of _ any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to carrv 101b penalty, and for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Sst 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
