Sir. —It may interest the public to know that while the farmer ran pet his sheep slaughtered at the local freezing works at £1 5s per hundred, it posts £<) 5s per hundred for (ho killing of sheep at the Borough Abattoirs. The difference is so great, that the consumer has a right to a'sk a question.—l am, etc..
