Acceptances for all races on first day of meeting, and entrance for Maiden and Scurry close with the Secretary at Woodlville at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 13th February, 1913. Weights for all races on second day of meeting will be declared ahout 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodlville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races.—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to cany 101b penalty, and for every ad-J flitional race 61b extra.. If handicap- J ped at Bst 101b or over, to carry only j half the above penalties.
