Weights for all races on second day of meeting will be declared ahout 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodlville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races.—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to cany 101b penalty, and for every ad-J flitional race 61b extra..
