It is alleged that on December 14th- at Waihi, Harvey did falsely , swear that he had no revolver in his possession; ahd'.did: not' point a (revolver at William Hunt, at Karangatako on November 10th.' Harvey left by the Wimmera last week, and was detained on his arrival at Syjtto-y. Detective Sweeney left for Sydnev to-nitrht to apply for extradition, and escort him back to Auckland. '' i .
