(Received This Morning, 12.40 o'clock.) LONDON, December 29. Tlie four-masted barque Mary Ann Elleadbody, of Glasgow, with a cargo of Australian wheat, for Limerick is iii distress off the cost of Galway. Her sails are destroyed, and she has a heavy list to starboard.
