OLD LIBEL CASE

REVIVED IN SYDNEY. (Received Last Night, 9.45 o'clock.) SYDNEY, December 18. The- celebrated libel case in which "Billie" Barlow, the actress, and the Bulletin, newspaper were concerned, has been revived. The case was heard on March 27th, 1901, when judgment for the defendants, with costs £lO3, was given against Miss Barlow. This amount, hay remained unpaid, and the Bulletin to-day received permission to issue execution for that amount against Miss Barlow, who is at present in Sydney under engagement to the J. C. Williamson Company.
