PAHIATCA CATTLE FAIR, Tiro New Zealand Loan a-nd-i Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., and Reduced, report having held their supplementary cattle fair in the P.iCA. yards, Pahiatua, on Thursday, when they had a fair entry of good coloured and good conditioned cattle cf idl ages and sexes. Entries did not come forward up to advertised numbers, owing to several vendors not having finished shearing. We, however, have to report a good clearance of mostly all stock yarded, at values well up to vendors' expectations. The following are some of the prices realised : I) and 4 year bullocks to £6 17s 6d, 15 year steers £5 5s to £o 15s, 2 year steers '£4 5s to £1 12s, yearling steers £3 6s to £.'3 lis, forward cows ■£',) 10s. to £4 19s, Holstein cross heifers £{'•> 6s.
