Tho Daily Telegraph's Belgrade corI respondent reports that a, Servian officer captured Albanians and brought them to the hospital with their <?yes gouged out, and their ears and nose* cut off, and with other mutilations. "When they were rescued, their clothes were saturated with petroleum, and were on the point of being set on fire. The mother of one of the Albanians went to the hospital, and was so appalled that she fell dead. Tho atrocity tends to explain the action of some of the irregular Balkan, soldiery towards the Albanians.
