Dates, of the Metw- , rological Office, this evening issued the following:— The weather has been cloudy at times in the southernmost districts, but anti-cyclone conditions, with fair weather, has been experienced in most parts. Northerly breezes have predominated, but the directions have been generally variable, and light to moderate in force. Present, indications) are for moderate to strong easterly winds northwards of Kaiwhia and Gishorno, and moderate and variable breezes elsewhere. The weather is h'kly to continue fair, with a high barometer ruling generally.
