NOTICE is hereby given, that, at a special meeting of the Masterton County Council, held on the 12th day of NOVEMBER 1912. it was resolved, by way of special order,, that the said Council make a By-law under The Counties Act, 1908, The Water Supply Act, ] 90S, and the various Acts amending the same, and all other Acts and powers whatsoever enabling it in that behalf, tho object and purport of which By-law is us follows - To ropea) eiitlise 8 of the Lansdowne Water Supply By-law, 1909, and to enact a new clause relieving the Council from bearing the cost of providing and laying all communication pipes for ordinary domestic supply between the main and the boundary of the street formation for the time heing, and casting that responsibility on toe applicants for such supply. Hie said resolution will be .submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Council to be held at tho County Office, Masterton, on the 24th day of December. 1912. at P'"A copy of the proposed By-law is deposited, at the.
