VENGEANCE IS MINE
Without a doubt, the star drama,' Vengeance is Mine,, which was shown at the Foresters' Hall again, last night, is a particularly fine picture. It is a long time since a picture to equal it has been shown in Masterton, and it is no wonder that the large.audience last night were delighted with it. In a graphic manner the story describes the trials and tribulations of a noble' woman, the plot being a sad but true one. I his drama is shown in three acts, and. the photography is of the very best; while it is presented in Mr Harrison s unapproachable style. It is the manner in which a picture is handlel by the operator which produces the rock steadiness which people delight to see, and which has made the Thomp-son-Payne pictures famous amongst loal moving picture lovers. Supporting this triumph in cinematography are several excellent dramas and, comedies, the best being Martha's 'Rebellion (Vitagraph. comedy, m which Bunnv and Frola Finch take part). The Hand of Fate (a sterling Selig subject), The Cowboy's Sister (Pathe drama), Man or Maid (A.B. drama), Zigoto drives a Locomotive (a particularly funny comic), and Iho Plumber's First Job (another very laughable picture). These pictures will be shown for the last time tonight.
