RULES AND REGULATIONS. Events run under riiles of New Zealand Athletic Union. Permits may be obtained from Mr W. Gillespie, Master ton,- or from the Secretary. Winners will be required to produce licenses before: the prize money is paid .out. No nomination will be accepted on, any account without the proper entrance fee.
