Fxlward Mctfngh, on a claim for £9 5s 10d, an order was made for the payment of £1 per month, the, first payment to he made on January .Ith, 1913. Robert Mos3, wood a.nd coal ..i«rchant, claimed from Fredrick Butcher, farm hand, a sum of £8 12s (id tor balance due on a contract to supply firewood. Mr G. 11. Onllen appeared for the plaintiff, and Air Mo ran for the- defendant. After heating the evidence. FTis Worship gave, judgment for the plaindff for £5 lis, without costs. The defendant was.' nonsuited, without co>sts. on a counter claim.
