TOTICE is hereby given that, at a 1 special meeting of the Masterton County Council, iield on the 12th day of solved, by way of special order, that the said Council make a By-hw under The Counties Act, 1908, The Water Supply Act, 1908, and the various Acts amending the same, and all other Acts and powers whatsoever enabling it in that behalf, the object and purport of which By-law is as follows : To repeal clause 8 of the Lansdowne Water Supply By-law. 1909, and to enact a new clause relieving tlio Council from bearing the cost of providing and. laying all communication pipes for ordinary domestic supply; between the main and the boimdant/of the street formation for the tini| being, and casting that responsibility on tm» applicants for such supply.^. The said resolution will he_ submitted for confirmation at a spatial meeting of the Council to be held at t-ho Countv Office, Masterton, on the 24th day of December. 1912. at 3'p.m. A. copy of the proposed By-law is deposited, at the Countv Office.
