THE INVENTOR OF FILMS
(Received Last Night/ 9.15 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, December 3. The Court of Appeal has decided that Edison was not the inventor of the moving picture film. The case involved certain rights involving the use of films, which were alleged to be Edison's.
