Permits may be obtained from Mr W. Gillespie, Masterton, or from the Secretary; - Winners will bo required to produce licenses before the prize money is paid out. • No nomination will be accepted on any account without the proper- entrance fee. ■ • Nominations for 1, 4, 5. 6. 7, 8. 9, 10. and 11 close with the Secretarv (Mr D. W. Wilton- at Pahiatua on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7th, at 8 p.m. NOMINATIONS MUST be accompanied by cash or postal notes. All performances for the past two years must be given. If no wins for last two years, four last performances, must be given. Acceptances for events mentioned and entrance for others close on the ground 20 minutes before the race. Protest must bo made in writing to the Secretary or the. Judge or Judges, within fifteen minutes after the race in dispute, together with a deposit of o per "cent of the amount of stake (minimum ss), which shall be forfeited if the protest be.found to be frivolous or vexatious.
