WELLINGTON, Last Night. Mr J. Glover, secretary of the Federation of Labour, received'on Saturday a telegram from the officials of th» organisation in Auckland, announcin.-v that the Waihi strike 'had been, declnred off. The strike was first declared on 15th May.

He mentioned that a list of about four hundred workers, willing .to retuivi to Waihi, had "been handed to the mining companies.
