ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, W 7 oodville, a-9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. FLAT RACES.—The winner of any "flat race (after declaration! of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to carry 101b penaltv and for every additional race 61b extra.
