TROUBLE THREATENED. (By Telegraph— Fret* Astociation. . TIMARU, Last Night. Trouble with the waterside workers (Federationists) is again threatened concerning two railway men, employed on tho wharves as a crane driver and a tally clerk, and over whom a temporary strike occurred some time ago. This ended by the two men joining tho Union. They have .since given notice of their withdrawal, and the Unionists state that they will not. work any vessel at which these men are employed after the termination of their notice of withdrawal: A statement is current that an endeavour is to be made to form -an Arbitrationist Union among tho watersiders.
