The complote returns show that the popular vote in tho Presidential election was as follows :
Dr Woodrow Wilson ... 6,156,748 President Taft 3,376,422
Theodore Roosevelt ... 3,928,140 The Socilaist vote, which is incomplete, was 673,788. Mr Tai't proposes to conduct an active campaign for the reorganisation of the Republicans. He doea not intend to stand again a« tho party's Presidential candidate.
